SRK Reports 557Mt of Indicated Compliant Resource and 87Mt of inferred Compliant Resource

Ironstone has received its second NI 43-101 resource report from SRK Consulting (Canada) in November 2011. The new report combines the Rambling Creek and North Whitemud River deposits.

The mineral resources are reported at a 25% Fe cut-off based on information gathered for the Whittle economic analysis that incorporates assumed mining costs and value of product extracted. Table 15.10 and Table 15.11 illustrate the sensitivity of the indicated and inferred mineral resources to various cut-off grades.

The Mineral Resource Statement for the Rambling Creek iron deposit is presented in Table 15.12.

Drilling Work Completed

In March, 2011, Ironstone completed 144 diamond core holes (12,000m total drilling) in the Clear Hills.  Sampling has been completed on the core, with close to 5000 samples selected for analysis.  An independent, certified laboratory in Ontario, Canada will carry out the analysis, the results of which are anticipated early this summer.  This information will then be incorporated into Ironstone’s second NI 43-101 on the Clear Hills project.

The blue squares indicate completed holes.

***Note: while 160 holes were originally planned, the drilling program was adjusted while in process as a result of weather conditions and strategic planning
