UK Investors

In 2010, Polo Resources (TSX:POL, LON:POL) and Baker Steel Resources Trust (LON:BSRT), along with a UK-based private family office, invested in Ironstone Resources in a private placement facilitated by Chrystal Capital.  

The three UK investors acquired approximately 20% of the Company’s common shares, and have all increased their holdings in Ironstone in 2011.
