Historical Estimates
Aside from the currently compliant Rambling Creek block, the Historical Exploration and Estimates referenced in this website have not been confirmed by a “Qualified Person” as defined in the National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects, even though the historical estimates may have been prepared by individuals who would have met the “Qualified Person” standard at the time they prepared their estimates.
The historical estimates for the properties comprising Ironstone’s Clear Hills Project were prepared for established government bodies such as the Alberta Research Council, the Alberta Mines Branch, the Federal Mines Branch, and CANMET. While they were prepared prior to National Instrument regulations, there is no reason to conclude that the authors of these reports referenced utilized other than best industry practices.
